Check orders will be held ten days for check to clear bank. We do not ship C.O.D. Orders. SALES TAX - We are required to collect sales tax on all items that are shipped to addresses in the state of Utah. DELIVERY - We ship Fedex Ground within 3-4 business days of your order. Fedex Ground shipping normally takes between 2-8 days to reach most areas in the Continental U.S. In some instances we will ship via U.S. Postal Service. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail, or regular mail to your billing address. At this point in time, we are unable to ship outside the United States. SHIPPING CHARGES - A flat fee of $10.00 is applied to all orders up to $100.00. A $12.00 fee is applied to all orders over $100.00. Hawaii and Alaska may be higher. Please call or e-mail for quote. RETURNS & EXCHANGES - If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, please return it within 10 days of receipt and we will refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer. Shipping fees are NOT refundable. Simply ship the item with your instructions, to the address at the top of the page. Items returned must be in sellable condition unless there is a defect, in which case we will be happy to provide you with an exact replacement (if available) or a refund. No returns will be accepted after 10 days. Fabrics and trims must be returned in full, in original condition. Please inspect your fabric or trim shipment carefully. Once you cut the fabric or trim, there are no refunds. No partial fabric or trim returns will be accepted.
